Here at ChillZones, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to organise a return for you.
Once we receive your item, we will issue you a full refund.

Damaged Product
In the event that the product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s defects by emailing furtherinfo@chillzones.co.uk.
If the claim is deemed valid, we will cover all related reshipment costs.
After 30 days from the date of delivery, buyers are no longer eligible to request reimbursement.

Once your item(s) have left the warehouse, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.
