We do not accept returns on sale items.
Damaged Product
In the event that the product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s defects to furtherinfo@chillzones.co.uk. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover any related costs for reshipment.
After 14 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request item reimbursement.
